Job summary

CCK Consolidated Holdings Berhad in Sarawak is seeking a seasoned retail/ sales planner to maximize store profitability. You will develop short- and long-term plans, monitor labor costs, and ensure competitive pricing for store and wholesale channels.

The role requires strong independence, team leadership, and the ability to inspire staff, with 5+ years in related roles and a Business degree. You will contribute to a broad integrated supply chain spanning farms, processing, and distribution.

• Assist in developing short term and long term plan to maximize sales and gross profit in store.
• Monitoring of labor cost percentage.
• Ensure all controllable expenses to be held to a minimum.
• Confirm on the Store and Wholesale pricing.
• Proactively react to seasoning trends and propose necessary action to be taken.
• Develop Short & Long Term Business Plan for the sales development as instructed by the superior and to control its progress based on the Business Plan.
• Monitor all stores debtor’s payment and new application.

The integrated supply chain consists of breeder, hatchery and boiler farms. Our poultry abattoir is fully equipped with coldstorage facilities and full logistics set-up. The poultry division is well-equipped with the latest breeding farm technologies, computer-controlled hatching chambers and automated abattoir, capable of processing approximately 4,000 birds per hour. Currently we process 20,000 to 25,000 birds per day.

Our abattoir is the only poultry abattoir in Sarawak with a HACCP certification from the Malaysian Government, thus poised to supply both domestic and international consumers with good wholesome chicken meat economically. We are awarded the Certificates of Halal by the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia) and Sarawak Islamic Council (Majlis Islam Sarawak).

We have 40 wholesale and retail stores, trading departments as well as factories throughout Sarawak, Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia.
