Job summary

CCK Consolidated Holdings Berhad is seeking a capable supervisor to lead the supermarket section, drive sales, and manage stock from ordering to display. You will work closely with the Supermarket Manager on project execution and promotions, while coaching staff from Sales Assistant to Supervisor and coordinating with Merchandising on stock allocation.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in stock management, and the ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales budget for the assigned section and manage stock orders.
• Oversee stock arrangement, display, quality and inventory control.
• Support Supermarket Manager in planning and executing projects and promotions.
• Lead and coach department staff from Sales Assistant to Supervisor and collaborate with Merchandising on promotions and stock allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and manage labor costs.

Job description

Responsible for achievement of sales budget of assigned section, managing and ordering stocks.

Responsible for operation of the department, stocks arrangement, stocks display, stocks quality and stocks management.

To support Supermarket Manager in planning and execution of projects assigned by the company.

To collaborate with Supermarket Manager in managing good inventory and managing good inventory and maximize profitability.

Lead and coach team in the department from Sales Assistant post to Supervisor. Communicate and work together with Merchandising in discussing upon promotion stocks, stocks allocation and promotional area at store.

To obliged with company's Standard Operating Procedures.

Directs and manages all functions and activities of the Section. Helps to manage labor costs and reduce losses.

Job Requirements:

Experiences in Supermarket, Grocery is add advantage.

Able to work by shift, weekends and holidays.

Have leadership skills

Stock management & operation management are added advantage.

We are awarded the Certificates of Halal by the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia) and Sarawak Islamic Council (Majlis Islam Sarawak).

We have 40 wholesale and retail stores, trading departments as well as factories throughout Sarawak, Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia.
