Job summary

CCK Consolidated Holdings Berhad seeks an Outlet In Charge for Sibu/Sarikei/Song to assist the store manager, plan daily operations, and ensure accurate payment collection. The role requires strong product knowledge, customer relation skills, and supervision of hygiene and safety standards at the workplace.

You will oversee retail crews, coordinate work plans, and reconcile stock cards to maintain smooth day-to-day operations across multiple outlets in Sarawak.

• Minimum STPM & above in related field.

The integrated supply chain consists of breeder, hatchery and boiler farms. Our poultry abattoir is fully equipped with coldstorage facilities and full logistics set-up. The poultry division is well-equipped with the latest breeding farm technologies, computer-controlled hatching chambers and automated abattoir, capable of processing approximately 4,000 birds per hour. Currently we process 20,000 to 25,000 birds per day.

Our abattoir is the only poultry abattoir in Sarawak with a HACCP certification from the Malaysian Government, thus poised to supply both domestic and international consumers with good wholesome chicken meat economically. We are awarded the Certificates of Halal by the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia) and Sarawak Islamic Council (Majlis Islam Sarawak).

We have 40 wholesale and retail stores, trading departments as well as factories throughout Sarawak, Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia.
