Job summary

Hitachi Energy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Petaling Jaya invites a qualified Site Manager to lead on-site activities for HV installation projects.

You will oversee start-up, construction, and commissioning phases, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, 3–5 years of site management experience on high-voltage projects, strong communication, and good understanding of HSE and contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 3–5 years of Site Manager experience on HV installations.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Knowledge of HSE and contracts management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site activities of a project from start-up to commissioning.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, customer, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage site budget and cost forecasting; ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Ensure proper documentation and lessons learnt are captured and shared within the organization.
