Job summary

Infinity 8 is seeking a Senior Content & Experiential Designer to step into a Studio Manager role and build its creative hub in Johor Bahru. You will lead the creation of 2D graphics, motion graphics, video content, event visuals, and LED screen content, while guiding 3D visualizers and managing day-to-day studio workflows.

You will coordinate with regional teams, manage deadlines, and mentor designers, video editors, and 3D artists to deliver high-impact event experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in graphic design, motion, video, events, or experiential production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Knowledge of LED screen formats, video specs, rendering, and screen mapping.
• Experience with event/experiential content preferred.
• Basic 3D knowledge a bonus.
• Strong creative, communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2D, motion graphics, video editing, and event content production.
• Develop event identities, screen content, digital assets, and print collateral.
• Ensure content integrates with stages, LED screens, and spatial environments.
• Manage creative workflows and mentor designers, video editors, and 3D visualizers.
• Coordinate with regional teams and deliver projects under tight event deadlines.
