Job summary

Prestigioo Events Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an energetic Event Graphic Designer & Content Creator to craft impactful event visuals and production-ready artwork while generating engaging social media content for corporate events and personal-brand platforms.

You will collaborate with our IP content creator, with growth potential into an independent in-house content creator role and extra allowances based on performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proven experience preparing final artwork for large-format printing.
• Good understanding of print specifications, colour output, resolution, bleed and production requirements.
• Basic filming and video-editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Creative, highly detail-oriented and accountable for final output quality.
• Able to work independently and respond calmly to urgent changes.
• Willing to support occasional evening and weekend events.
• Portfolio submission is compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Develop event key visuals, proposals and creative concepts.
• Prepare final artwork for large-format printing and event production.
• Adapt designs for backdrops, stages, booths, banners, signage, LED screens and event collaterals.
• Ensure accurate dimensions, scale, bleed, resolution, colour mode and print specifications.
• Conduct final artwork checks and coordinate with printers, suppliers and production teams.
• Create social media graphics and platform-specific content.
• Film and edit Reels, event highlights and behind-the-scenes content.
• Brainstorm content ideas, hooks, scripts and storyboards with the founder and freelance IP content creator.
• Capture live content during event setup and execution.
• Maintain visual consistency across the company and founder’s personal brand.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight production deadlines.
