Job summary

Infinity 8 is seeking a Senior Content & Experiential Designer to step into a Studio Manager role and build its creative hub in Johor Bahru. You will lead the creation of 2D graphics, motion graphics, video content, event visuals, and LED screen content, while guiding 3D visualizers and managing day-to-day studio workflows.

You will coordinate with regional teams, manage deadlines, and mentor designers, video editors, and 3D artists to deliver high-impact event experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in graphic design, motion, video, events, or experiential production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Knowledge of LED screen formats, video specs, rendering, and screen mapping.
• Experience with event/experiential content preferred.
• Basic 3D knowledge a bonus.
• Strong creative, communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Requirements

5+ years working experience in graphic design, motion, video, content, events, or experiential production.

Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills — After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.

Good understanding of LED screen formats, video specs, rendering, and screen mapping.

Experience with event/experiential content is highly preferred.

Basic 3D knowledge is a plus.
