Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end creative production for graphic design and video content.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and creative requirements.
• Translate briefs into strong creative concepts, visual directions, storyboards, and final artwork.
• Develop assets including social media graphics, digital ads, promotional artwork, campaign visuals, short-form videos, motion graphics, GIFs, and video ads.
• Lead the creative process from brainstorming to final delivery and revisions.
• Develop video scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and visual concepts where required.
• Apply knowledge of composition, typography, colour, layout, visual hierarchy, storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound across formats.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, content creators, and stakeholders to ensure consistent output.
• Provide creative recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects with quality, deadlines, and requirements.
