First City UC seeks a Student Recruitment Executive to advise students and parents on study options and entry requirements across Malaysia. You will engage at education fairs, roadshows and open days, promoting programmes, scholarships, and incentives while building strong school relationships.

You will maintain CRM records, respond to inquiries, and drive conversions from enquiry to acceptance through proactive, customer-centric service. Open Day duties and travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in tertiary education; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Result-oriented with high self-motivation.
• Positive-minded; able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
• Available to work on weekends for Open Day duties and counselling as required.
• Able to travel as needed.

This role involves advising students and parents on study options, entry requirements, and career pathways, while building First City UC's brand presence across Malaysia. You will engage with prospective students and parents at education fairs, open days, and exhibitions, providing accurate information about programmes, scholarships, and incentives to help them make informed decisions. You will develop relationships with school principals, counsellors, and teachers to promote First City UC's programmes and events.

Key responsibilities

Advise students and parents on study options, entry requirements, and career pathways

Participate in education fairs, roadshows, and school fairs

Engage with students and parents during open days, education exhibitions and fairs, and related activities by providing accurate information relating to First City UC and its programmes, scholarships and incentives

Enhance First City UC's brand presence in Agent Offices across Malaysia by providing up-to-date information, promotional materials and events

Develop and nurture positive relationships with school principals, counsellors and teachers to promote First City UC's programmes and events

Respond timely with accurate information to inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and social media platforms

Ensure proper student recruitment database usage and upkeep in CRM systems

Deliver targets and maximise conversion rates from enquiry to acceptances through responsible, customer-centric and focused services

About you

Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or related field

At least 1 year of experience in tertiary education (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)

Possess good written and spoken communication skills

Result-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation
