Job summary

The role requires a Diploma in Business Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent, strong English and Mandarin, and the ability to work independently; frequent Zoom/Excel use and occasional KL office meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent.
• Working experience in course counseling is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in English/Mandarin for effective communication with international students.
• Literate in Excel, Zoom, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and proper advice to students on education courses.
• Handle student inquiries via online or zoom meeting and assist them in selecting courses.
• Assist students in preparing their applications for enrolment to educational institutions.
• Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support and advice.
• Attend physical meetings at KL Office (2 hours per week).
