Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Student Coach & Mentorship Specialist to join our international team. This role is 100% remote with a flexible 40-hour work week, including some evenings and weekends to accommodate global families.

You will deliver personalized coaching, conduct mock interviews, help with personal statements, and guide students through applications while fostering leadership and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching middle and high school students.
• Graduate from a top global university or international/multicultural school experience.
• Excellent command of English with interview prep capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored 1-on-1 and group coaching sessions focused on student readiness, soft skills, and personal growth.
• Conduct mock interviews, refine personal statements/essays, and guide students through school applications prep.

• Communication: Exceptional command of English with strong verbal, written, and interview prep capabilities.
