Job summary

TimesConsult in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer – Civil for structural solutions. You will visit engineering firms, offices, and construction sites to identify opportunities, understand project requirements, and propose suitable products and services.

You will support the sales team, manage specifications via Salesforce, and conduct technical seminars to drive growth and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred).
2–5 years in structural design or sales/business development in engineering sectors.
Strong command of written and spoken English; excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Visit engineering and architectural firms, offices, and construction sites to identify project opportunities.
Engage with engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors to understand project requirements.
Recommend suitable engineering products, software, and services for construction applications.
Secure product specifications and approvals for focus projects.
Conduct technical seminars, product presentations, and training sessions.
