Intuit Recruitment in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a manufacturing client in JB. The role is permanent and involves providing engineering solutions and technical support to customers, sales, and marketing teams, including technical submissions, proposals, quotations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.

The position requires a Diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, with training provided for newcomers, and a valid driving

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Training will be provided for inexperienced candidates.
• Possess a valid driving license with own vehicle.
• Familiar with MS Office, CAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering solutions and technical support to customers, as well as the sales and marketing teams, including technical submissions, proposals, quotations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Respond to technical enquiries from clients, architects, consultants, and contractors during both pre-sales and post-sales stages.
• Assist in developing practical engineering solutions using structural calculations and relevant design standards to meet project requirements.
• Process and coordinate customer orders.
• Support business development by conducting technical presentations and engaging consultants to secure product specifications.
• Work closely with internal teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities and support continuous product improvement.
