Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Structural Designer Level I in Kuala Lumpur to translate engineering concepts into accurate, constructible drawings and 3D models for FPSO projects. You will develop deliverables per project requirements and standards, and support safe, cost-effective execution.

You will collaborate with engineers, ensure compliance with drafting norms, and deliver high-quality work under supervision to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Drafting.
• Minimum 3 years of structural design experience.
• Experience with FPSO projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed drawings, 3D models, and design deliverables per project requirements and schedule.
• 3D model development in accordance with standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards and regulations.

Job description

The Structural Designer Level I is responsible for preparing and developing structural drawings, 3D models, and design deliverables in accordance with project requirements, international standards, and company procedures. The role works closely with structural engineers to translate engineering concepts into accurate, constructible design outputs that support safe and efficient project execution. In addition to producing design deliverables, the Structural Designer Level I ensures compliance with drafting standards, maintains design accuracy and quality, and contributes to the resolution of design-related issues. The position plays a key role in supporting project teams by delivering reliable and cost-effective de-sign solutions in line with Ranhill Worley's commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed drawings, 3D models, and design deliverables in accordance with project requirements, schedule and technical requirements.
• 3D model development in accordance with standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and other design disciplines to develop effective solutions.
• Works under broad direction and technical guidance with regular interaction with senior/supervisor.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Drafting
• 3+ years of experience in structural design
