Job summary

YWL Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a mid-level structural engineer to perform detailed design of buildings, temporary works, and bridges in Kuching. You will prepare calculations in line with British Standards and Eurocodes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role offers exposure to a diverse project portfolio and requires clear communication with colleagues and external parties to maintain a harmonious office environment. Immediate start in Kuching (Sarawak) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the design office.
• Experience with structural design of buildings and bridges is valued.

Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed structural design of buildings, temporary works and bridge.
• Prepare calculations in accordance with British Standards and Eurocodes.
• This position provides an opportunity for exposure to a variety of projects requiring a strong grasp of structural engineering fundamentals.
