OSD Consultants (M) Sdn Bhd, based in Petaling Jaya, invites applications for a Structural Design Engineer. The role focuses on structural analysis, design for bridges and buildings, and preparing technical reports for construction projects. You will manage projects, review drawings, and liaise with clients and authorities.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills are valued, and the firm offers exposure to MRT/LRT-scale projects and a competitive remuneration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Experience in bridge or/and building design is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Fresh graduate engineers are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Perform structural analysis and design calculations for bridges and buildings.
• Prepare design proposals and technical reports for construction engineering, engineering assessments, structural inspections, strengthening, and upgrading works.
• Manage projects, including site coordination, resolving technical issues, and monitoring project progress.
• Review and check engineering drawings prepared by draftsmen.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities on project-related matters and regulatory requirements.
