Job summary

Mila Asia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our team and contribute to innovative design workflows. You will engage in structural analysis, BIM integration and software-enabled engineering development.

You will collaborate across disciplines, apply standards, and learn IBS, AI and automation tools to improve design efficiency. The role is based in Puchong Jaya, Selangor, with a hands-on, collaborative environment and opportunities to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of structural design experience in a Civil & Structural consultancy.
Good understanding of structural analysis, RC design and/or steel design.
Familiarity with ETABS, STAAD.Pro, TSD, Prota or equivalent.
Willingness to learn new technologies and collaborate.

Responsibilities

Apply structural engineering knowledge to develop, validate and improve engineering design solutions.
Explore digital modelling technologies and BIM-based workflows.
Collaborate with software developers to translate engineering concepts into software features.
Contribute to IBS and modern construction technology software solutions.
Support product development with real-world engineering insights.
