Minconsult Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Engineer (Civil & Structural) to lead the design and delivery of civil and structural projects within our consultancy practice. You will review technical deliverables, coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and oversee execution to meet standards, timelines, and budgets.

The role requires strong technical leadership, expertise in analysis and design, and proficiency in key engineering software across infrastructure and building

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of civil and structural design and project delivery experience.
• Experience in consultancy and coordination of design projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis, codes, construction methods, and standards.
• Proficiency in multiple design software applications (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil and structural design for infrastructure and buildings.
• Review analyses, designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Manage deliverables, schedules, and budgetary constraints.
• Conduct site inspections and support construction activities.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Present progress in technical meetings and client discussions.
