Job summary

AEON Bank in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Treasury Operations and Finance Systems Administrator to oversee daily treasury activities and end‑to‑end maintenance of financial systems. You will ensure accurate investments, data integrity, and efficient system interfaces with ERP.

The role requires 5–7 years in finance, a relevant degree, and familiarity with RENTAS and accounting standards. Strong analytical, communication, and team‑oriented skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in accounting/finance/economics.
• Familiar with Bank Negara Malaysia investment guidelines and RENTAS system.
• Familiar with MFRS 9 / IFRS 9.
• Prior experience with core banking systems and ERP accounting modules is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with a small team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury operations including cash and investment functions.
• Ensure investments are executed per policy and records reconciled.
• Monitor Islamic money market placements and fixed income investments.
• Compute and reconcile investments valuations and schedules.
• Maintain data integrity between Treasury Management system and ERP.
• Support implementation and enhancements of Treasury Management system.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical support and contract renewals.
• Provide systems administration and user support for financial systems.
• Assist CFO and Head of Finance on ad hoc projects.
