Clarks in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Transformation Manager on a fixed-term 12-month contract to lead cross-functional process improvements. You will work with business and technology teams to map current processes, identify bottlenecks and design practical changes that deliver measurable value across functions.

This highly visible role requires strong stakeholder engagement and a proactive, commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in transformation, process improvement or change management.
• Proven track record of redesigning or improving business processes.
• Strong process mapping and analytical skills.
• Experience engaging stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
• Ability to drive change and manage transformation workstreams.
• Experience in complex, multinational organisations.
• Retail/consumer goods or branding experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and functional teams to understand current processes.
• Map, analyse and challenge processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop practical solutions that improve operational effectiveness and stakeholder experience.
• Facilitate workshops to build alignment around proposed changes.
• Drive transformation initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
• Coordinate multiple transformation workstreams and track progress.
• Build relationships across regions and stakeholder groups.
• Support broader operational excellence as the programme evolves.
• Work with IT and business teams to ensure scalable solutions.
