Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive performance management, compensation and talent initiatives at our manufacturing plant. The role partners with plant leadership to ensure performance excellence, market-competitive rewards, and workforce effectiveness.

You will leverage data insights to support strategic workforce decisions, ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations, while guiding transformation and continuous improvement across HR programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
Professional HR certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead performance management, annual reviews, goal-setting, and calibration for plant employees.
Administer annual salary reviews, bonuses, and merit increases; benchmark compensation.
Act as HR partner to plant leadership; align workforce strategies with business objectives.
Prepare, analyze, and present HR metrics; support workforce planning and risk insights.
Ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, and governance requirements.
