Job summary

Sunway Winstar Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quotation/Tender Executive to manage quotations, tender submissions, and cost analyses in a fast-paced environment. You will review RFQs, coordinate with suppliers, and prepare commercial proposals to ensure timely, accurate tender submissions.

Responsibilities include maintaining pricing records, negotiating supplier costs, and ensuring compliance through the tender process across project, sales, procurement, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, business, QS or related field.
• 1–2 years in quotation, tendering, or commercial roles.
• Experience with RFQ, tender submission, and costing analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations, costing sheets, and tender submissions.
• Review customer RFQs, specifications, and tender requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments, and sales teams for pricing and technical information.
• Prepare commercial proposals, tender documents, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure all submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Follow up on quotation status and maintain proper records/documentation.
• Compare supplier pricing and negotiate for competitive costing where necessary.
• Support contract review and compliance requirements during tender processes.
• Maintain quotation database and update pricing records regularly.
• Work closely with project, sales, procurement, and finance teams when required.
