Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, business, QS or related field.
• 1–2 years in quotation, tendering or sales support roles.
• Experience with RFQ, tender submissions and costing analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Good attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations, costing sheets, and tender submissions.
• Review customer RFQs, specifications, and tender requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments, and sales teams for pricing and technical information.
• Prepare commercial proposals, tender documents, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Follow up on quotation status and maintain records.
• Compare supplier pricing and negotiate for competitive costing where necessary.
• Support contract review and compliance during tender processes.
• Maintain quotation database and update pricing records regularly.
• Work closely with project, sales, procurement, and finance teams.
