Job summary

Wintoo Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our sales team in Puchong, Selangor. This full-time role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving market growth through strategic partnerships.

Based on-site, you will meet targets, present our solutions, research markets, and collaborate with marketing, operations and management to ensure exceptional service delivery across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within a B2B environment or technology sector.
• Ability to engage clients at all levels and close deals.
• Proactive and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market and strategic partnerships
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales and satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform development strategies
• Negotiate and close business deals with favourable terms
• Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline using CRM
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Attend industry events and networking functions to expand connections
