Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to help them find products that meet their needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash, card and other payment methods.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and communicate product features, benefits and specifications to customers.
• Actively promote products and services to meet individual customer requirements and achieve sales targets.
• Arrange, stock and display merchandise in an attractive and organised manner throughout the store.
• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness and compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally and courteously.
• Support the store team with opening and closing procedures, stock takes and inventory management.
• Keep up-to-date with current promotions, product launches and company policies to inform customer interactions.
