Job summary

CBRE Petaling Jaya is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for non-management and volume roles. You will partner with hiring managers, provide market insights, and develop talent pipelines to support business growth.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source and assess candidates, negotiate offers and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while representing CBRE at external events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• BPO: 3+ years Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in engineering, technician, administrative, and finance roles.
• Knowledge of workforce planning and market intelligence is preferred.
