Job summary

RHB Group in Malaysia seeks an operational support role within the FM CoE to assist on QA reviews, fraud awareness, publications and reporting. You will help with system testing, asset and access management, and MIS reporting to internal and regulatory bodies.

This position emphasizes governance, accuracy, and timely updates across dashboards, publications and safeguards to uphold journey goals.

Responsibilities

• Supports on Quality Assurance reviews as Reviewer / Maker for SOPs/BAU practices.
• Supports on Fraud Awareness initiatives for external customers and internal staff.
• Supports on Publications of FM’s Bulletins to increase information sharing.
• Manages FM@ Viva Engage content and Fraud & Security Awareness Page content.
• Assists in guidelines and standards reviews to ensure conformity.
• Supports System Testing as Tester / Maker (UAT, SIT, Regression).
• Supports Fraud Rules deployment and FDS for CoE.
• Supports System Administration for FDS-related tasks (Onboarding, Vendor, Projects).
• Supports Assets Management (Inventory, Budget, Renewals) to meet journey delivery.
• Supports Access Management tasks for Onboarding & Attrition within CoE.
• Supports dashboard and MIS reporting, data sanitizing and analysis for CoE.
• Assists in Loss Event and regulatory reporting via Kijang Net as submitting officer.
• Prepares decks and presentations for FM CoE and ensures data is well-structured for reporting.
