Job summary

VAT Vakuumventile AG, a leading vacuum solutions provider, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Malaysia to manage material availability, supplier relationships, and PO execution. The role focuses on ensuring on-time deliveries and data integrity across the supply chain.

The candidate should have 3+ years in supply chain, a relevant bachelor's degree, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in ERP tools, preferably D365. Multicultural collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Supply Chain field.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools. Preferable in D365 Microsoft environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Material Availability & Supply Chain Optimization
• Release of PO to supplier on time and follow up on the supplier delivery commitments.
• Ensure follow up on supplier commitment and expedite to next level if challenges faced in supply chain.
• Data integrity and supply data management is well maintained.
• Review Demand and Supply reports to ensure clear to build available at all time.
• Manages changes in company’s requirements and supplier delivery commitments with clear purchase order updates.
• Support Supply chain manager in related activities with purchasing whenever needed.
