Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned FMCG finance professional in Selangor to lead cost accounting, BOM governance, and cost-to-serve modelling. You will drive standard costing frameworks, revenue protection, and margin analysis across SKUs and portfolios.

Collaborating with Supply Chain, Product, and Commercial teams, you will optimise 3PL costs, evaluate make-vs-buy, and provide strategic financial input for growth initiatives in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in FMCG finance with costing and supply chain economics.
• Experience with OEM / contract manufacturing models preferred.
• Hands-on experience implementing or operating standard costing frameworks.
• Strong business partnering across Supply Chain, Product, and Commercial teams.
• Ability to operate in a high-growth environment with incomplete data.
• Advanced Excel modeling and NetSuite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Transition inventory valuation from weighted average to standard costing.
• Govern BOM accuracy with Product Development for ingredients, packaging, conversion, and specs.
• Own OEM cost structures across materials, packaging, conversion, logistics, and overhead.
• Provide monthly cost and variance analysis distinguishing input price movements and inefficiencies.
• Provide gross margin reporting by SKU, category, and portfolio.
• Develop cost-to-serve models by SKU and channel to support pricing and portfolio decisions.
