Job summary

Morgan Philips Group in Malaysia seeks a seasoned CFO for a well-established FMCG manufacturer in Selangor. You will be a true strategic partner to the CEO and Board, shaping financial direction, capital allocation, and the modernization of the finance function.

You will own the financial strategy, lead planning, forecasting, and risk management, oversee Bursa Malaysia reporting, audit and tax, and drive ERP, BI, and automation to unlock growth while building a high‑performing finance team.

Qualifications

12+ years in senior finance leadership, with hands-on Bursa Malaysia-listed company experience.
Experience with quarterly results, annual reports and listing requirement compliance.
Strong communication with Board, investors and operational teams.
Proven finance transformation and cost optimization, ESG reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

Set the financial strategy to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Lead planning, forecasting, modelling and capital allocation to maximise returns.
Oversee Bursa Malaysia reporting, audits, tax and statutory compliance.
Drive ERP enhancements, BI/digital tools, and automation in finance.
Build and lead a high‑performing finance team with a culture of continuous improvement.
