Job summary

Carlsberg Malaysia is seeking a strategic Manager, Supply Chain Controlling to lead Finance for the Supply Chain and partner with operations to drive performance, cost optimisation and efficiency.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, CAPEX, and reporting, delivering insights to support decisions while strengthening governance and data integrity in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with professional accounting body membership (MIA or equivalent).
• 6–8 years in financial controlling, FP&A, or management accounting, preferably in manufacturing or Supply Chain.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cost control.
• Experience with SAP and data analytics tools.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of D365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain Controlling team.
• Provide strategic financial insights to drive decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Lead standard costing and COGS forecasting for SC operations.
• Manage end-to-end CAPEX process and post-investment reviews.
• Drive governance, data integrity and fixed asset control.
• Oversee month-end closing, reporting and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency.
