Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and budgeting for a logistics-focused organization in Malaysia. The role emphasizes governance, audit coordination, and strategic financial guidance to support growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, at least 10 years in the field, and proven experience with ERP systems and regulatory compliance within an MNC context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in finance/accounting with 5 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Experience in MNC reporting, ERP systems, and logistics industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management reports for submission to HQ.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Analysing financial data and providing insights to management and support decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation and timely filing of audited accounts, tax returns, SST, transfer pricing and other regulatory filings.
