Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Fluent in Malay, English, and Mandarin (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Present product and service offerings to prospects in a compelling and professional manner, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals that address client requirements and expectations.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales agreements.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
• Keep updated on products, market trends and competitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams including delivery, customer service, and management to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Recommend suitable marble, granite, sintered stone and other related products.
• Support and maintain the Company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
