Job summary

Maxi Stone Marketing in Malaysia is seeking a sales executive for the Puchong Bandar Puteri area to drive retail and project sales of marble, granite, quartz and related stone products.

You will greet customers, present stone collections, follow up orders, and work with architects and builders to close deals. Base salary plus commission with unlimited earnings potential, located at Bandar Puteri, Puchong.

Qualifications

• SPM/"O" Level or equivalent required.
• Sales experience in building materials a big plus.
• Strong customer engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated, independent and fast learner.
• Own a car and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and showcase natural stone collections.
• Assist customers in selecting stones for retail and project needs.
• Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Hit sales targets and close deals with confidence.
• Address customer questions and resolve complaints with style and patience.
• Liaise with architects, contractors and homeowners for project needs.
• Recommend suitable stone options for various projects.
• Manage daily sales operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Pursue new business opportunities and expand client base.

What You'll Be Doing (Junior Sales - Retail Focus):

• Greet and assist walk-in customers (your smile is your secret weapon!).
• Show off our gorgeous natural stone collections and help customers pick the perfect one.
• Follow up on orders like a pro and make sure customers are super happy.
• Hit your sales targets (and make your wallet VERY happy).
• Solve customer questions and complaints with style and patience.

What You'll Be Doing (Senior Sales - Project Focus):

• Work closely with architects, contractors, builders, ID firms, and even homeowners.
• Recommend the perfect stone for their dream projects.
• Manage daily jobs and make sure everything runs smooth as marble.
• Hunt down new business like a champ!

Who We’re Looking For:

• Got at least an SPM/"O" Level? You're good to go!
• Experience in sales (building materials is a BIG plus!).
