Job summary

Mastercard in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Analyst/Senior Staffing Analyst within Advisors & Client Services to partner with cluster leaders, PMs and squad leads to align staffing with business goals and client needs.

You will manage staffing across product lines, assign resources, monitor utilization, and maintain internal systems to optimize delivery and capacity.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience, preferably in professional services.
Partner at heart; work closely with Client Service team.
Strong business acumen to optimize resource utilization.

Responsibilities

Process staffing needs at cluster level.
Assign resources to client engagements to optimize utilization.

Aggregate regional utilization indicators with leaves and relocations.
Translate performance evaluations into development opportunities.
