Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a procurement leader to drive P&L supported cost savings across assigned commodities. You will lead regional supplier relationships and guide teams toward operational excellence while coaching junior staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in procurement/supply chain, with strong KPI experience and data-driven decision making. Collaboration with regional sites is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years related experience preferred.
• Procurement, supply chain, distribution and logistics competence.
• Strong experience driving KPIs.
• Demonstrated commodity management expertise.
• Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Ensure commercial and cost savings benefits are realized at the P&L level and drive the commodity via a P&L structure to achieve targeted net parts margin.
• Identify opportunities for operational excellence and cost saving within the commodity families assigned to achieve established cost reduction targets.
• Support sites in the region when critical component escalations arise.
• Provide functional guidance to junior / new hires in accomplishing operational objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain regional and global strategic supplier relationships with executives for all major component types within assigned commodities.
• Exemplify Plexus Core Values; lead to evaluate potential, drive succession planning, and coach employees to realize their full potential.
