You will partner with multiple functions to implement contingency plans, drive talent development, and ensure customer demands are met with cost efficiency and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who can operate with limited direction.
• Ability to work across functions in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office, with advanced Excel.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Escalation level for MTM on customer/materials issues.
• Oversee total materials procurement and planning process.
• Mentor MTM, DA and buyers to meet customer demands while preserving Plexus metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contingency/crisis plans.
• Model Plexus Core Values and drive staff development and succession planning.
