S&P Global Market Intelligence in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Service Delivery Management Specialist to drive seamless service delivery for Private Capital LP Managed Data Services. You will own onboarding, data quality controls, and cross-functional collaboration with data operations, implementations, and product teams.

The role emphasizes client-centric problem solving, escalation ownership, and delivering strategic outcomes within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in client service, operations, or a SaaS delivery environment.
• Domain knowledge in financial services, SaaS, private markets, or capital markets preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting is a strong advantage.
• Reliable, accountable, and dedicated to client success with ownership mindset.
• Crisp, clear, and structured communication with clients and teams.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and guide others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary trusted advisor for key institutional clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead data quality control on reporting for funds and indirect investments and troubleshoot data anomalies.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding for large or complex accounts with external fund managers.
• Own high-level client inquiries and escalations, analyze root causes, and propose scalable solutions.
• Oversee document workflow from receipt to validation and streamline operations with integrated tools.
• Identify process bottlenecks and lead cross-team enhancements and junior mentorship.
