Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan EPS Consultants Sdn Bhd is seeking a purchaser to manage end-to-end procurement activities in Malaysia. You will process purchase orders, liaise with suppliers and monitor timely deliveries, while ensuring items meet specifications and align with company needs.

You will also handle inventory, coordinate with Warehouse and Shipping for imports/exports, research new suppliers, negotiate contracts, and perform routine stock replenishment. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
• Monitor, follow up and expedite delivery with suppliers.
• Ensure purchasing activities meet agreed schedules/milestones.
• Work with relevant departments to ensure products meet company needs.
• Manage material inventory and perform stock stocking.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Shipping on shipping, import/export.
• Monitor PO acknowledgements and resolve issues to avoid delays.
• Conduct product research and source new suppliers.
• Negotiate cost‑effective contracts and deals.
• Perform inventory inspections and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
