Job summary

Cisco is looking for a Customer Success Specialist in Kuala Lumpur who will serve as a strategic advisor and technical expert. In this role, you will lead engagements to accelerate product adoption, ensuring customers realize value from their Cisco investments.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in technical consulting, a degree in Engineering or Computer Science, and knowledge of Cisco's security products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical consulting or security-focused customer-facing roles.
• Foundational knowledge of Cisco Secure Access, Umbrella, DUO, and ISE.
• Exposure to Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) and foundational security feature sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact workshops and sessions tailored to customer needs.
• Document adoption plans and ensure alignment among project collaborators.
• Identify and mitigate adoption risks throughout the customer journey.
