Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang, part of Shangri-La Hotels (Malaysia) Berhad, seeks an Assistant Director of Sales to drive revenue, optimize occupancy, and lead marketing initiatives across the Penang cluster. You will oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and participate in budgeting and forecasting for the property portfolio.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and optimize occupancy and yield.
Oversee daily operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement marketing plans and guest recognition programs.
Participate in business reviews, forecasting and annual budget preparation.
Maintain high sales and service standards and ensure compliance with policies.
Oversee branding, revenue performance and sales channel optimization.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability initiatives.
