Responsibilities

Prepare quotations for renovation and construction projects based on drawings, site measurements, and client requirements.
Calculate quantities of materials, labour, and equipment.
Ensure all work scopes are included in quotations.
Prepare detailed costing and pricing for each item.
Review quotations when project scope changes.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve cost issues.
Assist in claims management and dispute resolution related to costs.
