Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Malaysia seeks a proactive procurement and logistics professional to ensure stock availability, plan orders, and coordinate supplier shipments. You will chair weekly review meetings, manage vendor relationships, and optimize inventory strategies across categories, while coordinating with 3PL partners to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

Degree or diploma in supply chain management or logistics.
3 years working experience in procurement & logictics.
Excellent excel and maths skills.
High levels of accountability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Ensure stock availability and minimum safety stock levels for core items.
Plan and place orders with suppliers to meet demand and MTPT requirements.
Coordinate shipments through consolidators, duties taxes and GRN process.
Lead weekly procurement meetings with sales management to review orders and delivery status.
Manage supplier master data, terms, contracts, and pricing.
Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure on-time, full deliveries and inventory accuracy.
Resolve issues with internal/external customers and 3PL.
Support vendor management performance, pricing and payment terms.
