MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking an Assoc. Mgr./Mgr., Strategic Projects to lead high-impact initiatives transforming MSD global operations and supply chain.

You will partner with regional and global leadership to ensure programs are delivered on time, on cost, and deliver targeted savings. The role emphasizes data analytics and exploring digital supply chain tools across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain, consulting, or operations.
• Proven track record of leading large supply chain/procurement projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, modelling and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and governance of strategic projects across procurement, supply chain and manufacturing operations (global network optimization).
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement through data analytics and LEAN.
• Establish KPIs and track performance to ensure project success.
• Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and advanced analytics in supply chain processes; drive adoption of new technologies.
