Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own capital engineering projects across multiple sites, delivering innovation, safety and performance improvements.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Program. You will lead end-to-end delivery, provide mechanical and electrical engineering support, manage budgets and timelines, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes while ensuring compliance with HSE and CDM standards.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience with budgeting and delivery
• Experience in industrial/heavy industry environments
• Ability to develop scope, estimates and deliver complex projects
• Experience across multi-disciplinary teams at multiple sites
• Proactive, solutions-focused with strong problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project delivery from concept to commissioning
• Provide mechanical and electrical engineering expertise to improve performance
• Manage budgets, timelines and resources to deliver outcomes
• Collaborate with operational teams for value-driven solutions
• Deliver projects safely, promoting zero harm culture
• Interpret and challenge designs, drawings, specifications (CAD)
