Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Projects to lead large-scale problem spaces, define problems, build roadmaps, and align cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Analytics and Operations to deliver high-impact changes that improve user and partner experiences.

You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, defend prioritisation, drive end-to-end delivery across multiple markets in Asia, and ensure solutions uphold user safety, quality, and trust.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation roles with end-to-end programme ownership.
• Ability to influence senior executives (director level and above).
• Fluency with data visualization and executive storytelling using tools like Power BI and Superset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy for major problem spaces; identify, define, structure, deep-dive root causes, design solutions, build roadmaps and metrics, secure leadership alignment across regions.
• Make and defend prioritisation calls by sizing impact and trade-offs while aligning with strategic priorities.
• Lead multi-country, cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to launch solutions and ensure project success.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Leadership; provide board- and exco-ready recommendations.
• Ensure changes are assessed for their effect on user trust, safety and support quality before ship.
