Siemens Energy Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Business Consultant & Special Projects professional for Substations across Asia Pacific and China.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive execution improvements, and deliver measurable outcomes from problem definition to implementation. Based in Malaysia, you will coordinate with logistics, factories, service teams, and digital grid experts to strengthen planning, handovers, and regional execution.

Competenze

• Experience in business analysis, PMO, consulting, or project execution roles within complex EPC or infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives or special projects with tangible outcomes.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Lead cross-functional special projects addressing execution challenges, productivity gaps, and delivery risks.
• Drive targeted improvement initiatives, including performance deep-dives and process optimization.
• Structure and execute initiatives end-to-end—from problem identification to implementation and measurable outcomes.

• Develop and implement scalable solutions, standards, and best practices that strengthen execution across the region.
