Job summary

Siemens Energy Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Technical Manager for Industrial Electrification and Power Systems to lead complex projects in Asia Pacific.

The role focuses on comprehensive project and program management, governance of electrification solutions such as substations, E-houses, BESS, and quality assurance across deliverables. Strong leadership and mentoring will be expected to guide junior engineers and project engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in technical project management
• Strong focus on industrial electrification or related automation projects in Oil & Gas and Energy Sector
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, and schedule complex electrification projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines with critical path methodologies.
• Lead governance of electrification solutions and ensure QA across deliverables.
• Mentor junior professionals and manage stakeholder expectations.
