Job summary

SC Vantage Sdn Bhd. is seeking a Senior Executive, Project Planning & Development to support feasibility studies, planning approvals, and coordinated project execution. You will work with consultants, authorities, and internal teams to drive development milestones.

The role offers exposure to development processes and hands-on involvement in planning, approvals, and project coordination within a growing property development environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning, Architecture, Property Development, Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Senior Executive: 3–5 years of relevant experience in property development or planning environments
• Solid understanding of development processes and statutory approvals
• Ability to read development plans and consultant drawings
• Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist in development planning, feasibility assessments and preliminary studies
• Review development concepts, land information and project proposals
• Prepare development information and supporting documents for Management review
• Coordinate submissions with consultants and authorities for planning and approvals
• Maintain approval trackers and monitor progress to minimise delays
• Track project milestones, schedules and deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams across departments
• Prepare project updates and reports for Management
• Support site attendance and project-related meetings as required
