Job summary

Richmond Asia Group seeks a Project Development & Delivery Manager to lead day-to-day management across the development and delivery lifecycle, coordinating internal teams, consultants, authorities and stakeholders to ensure timely, well-governed project delivery.

You will oversee planning, execution and governance across multiple projects, maintain dashboards and reports, and partner with commercial, procurement and operations to align priorities and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM, engineering, architecture, construction management, quantity surveying, real estate, or related field.
• Solid experience in property development, construction, project coordination, or related field involving multi-stakeholder delivery.
• Experience across development planning, consultant management, authority coordination, and project execution.
• Strong coordination and follow-through skills.
• Sound commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across several projects.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities during the development stage, including design development, consultant deliverables, technical submissions, planning inputs, and authority-related matters.
• Manage and monitor delivery activities across multiple projects or workstreams to ensure timely progress, effective follow-up, and disciplined execution.
• Coordinate and manage consultants throughout the project lifecycle, including briefing, deliverable tracking, review coordination, and follow-up on outstanding matters.
• Act as the lead day-to-day project manager across assigned projects or workstreams, directing coordination among internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, service providers, and relevant authorities.
• Work closely with commercial, procurement, finance, operations, design, and management stakeholders to maintain project alignment and delivery momentum.
• Lead procurement and commercial interface coordination where these activities affect project planning, package strategy, consultant engagement, tender readiness, cost visibility, and delivery progress.
• Maintain visibility over project risks, issues, constraints, and pending decisions across assigned projects.
• Prepare and maintain project updates, dashboards, meeting materials, trackers, and management reports to support decision-making and governance.
• Support the General Manager in overseeing the department's project portfolio, coordinating priorities across multiple initiatives, and maintaining execution discipline across the team.
